Terms of use

The house rules. By creating your PantuFIT account you accept these terms, so they're worth a read. They're short, we promise.

This is a translation of the original Spanish text. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law of your country gives you greater protection.

1. Who provides the service

2. What PantuFIT is

A free app that generates exercise routines to do at home, tracks your progress and lets you share your activity with friends. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age required in your country, if higher).
• The information you give us must be true, and your account is personal: don't share it or sell it.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you think someone knows it, change it or let us know.
• You can delete your account at any time under Profile › Delete my account.

4. Your health comes first

Please read this, it's important. PantuFIT is not a medical service and does not replace a health or sports professional. Check with your doctor before starting if you have any illness, injury, pregnancy, heart or blood pressure problems, or if you haven't exercised in a long time.

• Listen to your body. If you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any discomfort, stop immediately.
• Work out in a clear space, with no furniture or objects you could trip over.
• The slippers thing is a joke: for exercises with jumps, work out barefoot or in shoes with good grip. Slippers slip.
• Low-impact mode reduces jumping, but it doesn't make the exercises suitable for every injury.
• You do the exercises at your own risk. Adapt the intensity to your fitness level.

5. Community rules

Your username is visible to other users. The following is not allowed:

• Using offensive names, names that impersonate someone else or that infringe third-party rights.
• Harassing, bothering or spamming other users through the social features.
• Trying to access other people's accounts, faking your activity through automated means or damaging the service.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or delete your account.

6. Price

PantuFIT is free. If there were ever paid features, they would be optional, we would explain them clearly and nothing would ever be charged without your express agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, texts, animations and code belong to the owner. We give you permission to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes while you have an account.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the service running at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries resulting from not following the health guidance in these terms, nor for damage caused by misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll let you know in the app before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection granted to you by the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
